New products testing

② 3 months long time running test for a new product.

Incoming inspection

① Set up the supplier Assessment .Persist in adopting excenllent supplier and their high-quality components.

② 100% aging test inspection of PCB module

③ 100% pressure test inspection of pressure gauge

④ 100% inspection for condensor with 0.6 Mbar pressure

Process inspection

① Phosphorous copper welding for more reliable refrigerant circuit system.

② 3 times refrigerant leakage test.

③ 45 mins running test for every unit.

④ Complete electrical safety test.

Finished product inspection

① Drying/cleaning/anti-rust treatment for every unit.

② 1% random inspection for mass production in the lab.

CNAS Laboratory Accreditation

Wotech Test Center is accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC17025:2005, General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories by CNAS(China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) and gained certificate in 2019, equating to the international mutual recognition of International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation(ILAC) as third independent party test organization for heat pump performance tests.
